Lisa R. Veasman handles complex litigation and class actions in US federal and California state courts, with an emphasis on healthcare and ERISA litigation, commercial disputes, unfair competition, consumer protection and false advertising claims, and securities litigation. She represents large health insurance companies, a national dialysis provider, national and global banks, broker dealers, and automobile manufacturers. Lisa has represented clients through all phases of litigation and arbitration, from pre-trial strategy assessment to trial and appeals.
