Marc Kassis advises financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, lenders, and other market participants in a broad range of structured finance and securitization transactions, including issuances of debt and equity securities secured by mortgage loans, student loans, unsecured consumer loans, and other assets. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Marc was an associate at another international law firm where he focused on cross-border financings and acquisitions. He is fluent in Arabic.
