Maria G. Arroyo
Maria G. Arroyo focuses her practice on representing employers from a wide range of industries, including healthcare, transportation, and public entities. Maria represents her clients in the full range of employment disputes before state and federal courts, and alternative dispute resolution venues in actions alleging discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of employment contract, whistleblower retaliation, and related tort claims. Maria also handles actions brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
During law school, Maria served as senior editor of the Journal of International Law and Business and as co-president of the Latino Law Students Association. She also externed for the Honorable Judge Matthew Kennelly in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
