Maria Kondyli represents banks, funds, issuers, sellers, borrowers, and other entities across a broad spectrum of US and international asset-backed transactions, structured finance matters, factoring transactions, and other types of secured and unsecured financing. She frequently represents clients in multijurisdictional securitizations involving US and cross-border trade receivables, commercial loans, solar panel loans, and a variety of other assets.

Maria also advises clients on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate governance matters, and general securities law matters. She speaks French, English, Greek, and Spanish.
