Mark Allen works with our litigation practice on defending automotive companies in consumer actions in both US Federal and state courts. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mark represented insureds in complex personal injury matters. He has successfully prepared and argued motions in state and federal courts and taken the lead role preparing appellate briefs for cases pending before the California Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

While in law school, Mark served as the managing editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review. He was also an extern for former federal district court judge Margaret M. Morrow and former federal magistrate judge Oswald Parada, both from the Central District of California, as well as the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.
