Mary E. Ciullo represents commercial banks and other financial institutions in a broad range of complex financing transactions, including single-lender and syndicated financings. Mary Beth handles the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of both domestic and cross-border financings, including asset-based and cash flow financings. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she worked in the structured finance practice of a global law firm.
