Mary Grace Parsons counsels and defends clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes and claims arising under federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws. She represents employers in single-plaintiff and complex collective and class action litigation, and counsels employers on internal investigations of employee misconduct and compliance with state and federal employment laws. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Mary Grace served as editor-in-chief of the Review of Banking and Financial Law, and worked for in-house counsel at Agero, Inc. and the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office.
