Matthew M. Arnold represents employers in labor and employment matters, defending clients in complex class and representative actions as well as single-plaintiff cases against claims of wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination. While in law school, Matthew served as a judicial extern for Judge Douglas F. McCormick in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to law school, Matthew worked as a special agent for the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations and was deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. As an agent, Matthew was responsible for conducting counterintelligence operations, and investigating felony crimes targeting the US government and its personnel. He also attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA and worked as an Arabic language analyst at Fort Meade, MD.
