Matthew Cooper is part of a team of lawyers representing clients in a wide range of practice areas, including business and corporate disputes and corporate investigations. Matt represents banks and trust companies in civil litigation and represents businesses before the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also maintains an active pro bono immigration practice.
