Matthew H. Lewis advises clients throughout the United States and abroad on corporate and securities matters. His practice focuses on formation, corporate governance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Matthew worked in the corporate practice groups of a California law firm and a global law firm. Before practicing law, Matthew spent ten years working in business and regulatory roles at Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E). While working for PG&E and attending law school at night, Matthew served as the editor-in-chief of the University of San Francisco Law Review.
