Matt Putorti advises public and private companies across industries on complex insurance matters involving commercial general liability (CGL), property, business interruption, directors and officers (D&O), media, and other types of insurance coverage. He counsels them on policy procurement and claim strategy, as well as represents them in state and federal litigation, mediation, and arbitration to maximize their insurance recovery. He also has experience in commercial litigation, representing companies involved in many types of contractual, tort, and other business disputes.
