A member of the firm’s corporate and business transactions practice, Matthew N. Riehle counsels clients on a wide variety of corporate law matters, focusing on debt financings, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic equity investments, and general corporate governance matters. Matt advises corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors on a broad range of finance transactions, including complex syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financings, and asset-based loans. Matt also represents corporate issuers and underwriting syndicates in bond offerings, initial public offerings, and follow-on equity offerings.

Matt currently serves as an associate representative for the firm’s Hispanic/Latino Lawyer Network and is regularly involved in the Philadelphia office’s summer associate programs and recruiting efforts. While in law school, Matt interned for Judge Kevin J. Carey of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He also served as editor-in-chief of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
