A member of Morgan Lewis’s finance practice, Matthew N. Riehle counsels clients on a wide variety of finance and corporate law matters, focusing on debt financings, capital markets transactions, and general corporate governance matters. Matt advises public and private corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors on a broad range of finance transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated loan transactions, and asset-based loans. He also represents corporate issuers and underwriting syndicates in bond offerings, initial public offerings, and follow-on equity offerings, as well as advising clients on corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
Matt previously served as an associate representative of Morgan Lewis’s Hispanic and Latino Lawyer Network and is regularly involved in the firm's summer associate programs and recruiting efforts. While in law school, he interned for Judge Kevin J. Carey of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Matt also served as editor-in-chief of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
