Matthieu Djahièche assists, advises, and represents French and international clients in civil and commercial business litigation, handling all phases of disputes—from pre-litigation, negotiations between lawyers, amicable proceedings and judicial proceedings to enforcement proceedings. Matthieu’s work involves a wide range of disputes, including unfair competition, contract disputes, breach of established commercial relationships, debt recovery, and pretrial evidence proceedings for clients in a variety of industries. He also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of their commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Matthieu worked as an associate at other international law firms and completed several long-term internships, both in France and abroad. He speaks French and English.
