Megan Burrows Carpenter

Megan Burrows Carpenter represents employers in discrimination, whistleblower, and wage and hour disputes. She defends clients in the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state agencies, and state and federal court. Megan’s litigation experience includes managing fact discovery, interviewing and preparing witnesses, conducting depositions, writing motions, and advocating for clients at hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Megan defended employers at a national labor and employment law firm, as well as in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department.
