Focusing her practice on tax-exempt and governmental employers, Megan R. Murphy advises retirement and welfare benefit plan sponsors on a variety of employee benefit matters. She assists with the design, governance, operation, and compliance issues involved with qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. Meg also advises on executive compensation arrangements, provides guidance on US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filings and corrections, negotiates investment-related and third-party provider agreements, and addresses claims associated with benefits.
