Meghan Kelly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and angel financing transactions, and corporate governance. Meghan frequently assists early-stage clients through the business life cycle, from planning and formation, to realizing the business goals needed to secure third-party investment, to achieving a successful exit. She works with clients across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, life sciences, consumer/retail, manufacturing, and technology.
Before entering private practice, Meghan served as an intern at the Office of the Attorney General in Augusta, Maine.
During law school, Meghan was a note development editor for the Boston University Law Review and president of the Student Government Association. Upon graduating, Meghan received the Sylvia Beinecke Robinson Award for her significant contribution to the life of the School of Law. Prior to law school, she worked as a legal intern for the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Meghan was a partner at another US law firm.
