Melissa Lawton advises clients on a wide array of complex litigation matters, including class and group actions, mass arbitrations, and trademark and copyright litigation. Melissa frequently works with technology and life sciences companies.
Melissa brings insights gained from serving as general counsel at a social network startup, where she oversaw commercial, employment, operational, and talent agreements, among other legal matters. Her robust pro bono practice includes assisting families with adoptions, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals renewal, and volunteering for voter protection initiatives.
