Melissa Story

Melissa Story focuses her practice on a wide range of intellectual property disputes, patent litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters. Melissa works with others at Morgan Lewis to help clients address investigations, lawsuits, and disputes, including protecting, enforcing, and defending intellectual property rights. Her litigation experience spans many stages including hearings, discovery, dispositive motion practice, and claim construction. Prior to law school, Melissa was a field engineer at an oilfield service company, where she worked on electrical submersible pump designs for upstream applications. She has a B.S. in chemical and biomolecular engineering.
