Meredith Compton represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation and crisis management matters, including high-stakes commercial disputes, mass tort suits, multidistrict litigation, environmental contribution actions, qui tam False Claims Act cases, and securities litigation. Meredith also has experience handling investigations in response to information requests and subpoenas from the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the US Department of Justice (DOJ). Before joining Morgan Lewis, Meredith clerked for Judge Curtis L. Collier in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
