Meredith Sunray
Meredith Sunray focuses her practice on intellectual property (IP) litigation and trademark and copyright enforcement. Meredith has experience representing clients across a wide variety of business sectors in connection with trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret cases in federal and state courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Meredith clerked for two federal judges and worked for an IP firm assisting clients with litigation and IP portfolio management, including trademark and copyright clearance, registration, maintenance, and enforcement.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Meredith served as a law clerk for the Honorable US District Judge Claude M. Hilton and the Honorable US Magistrate Judge William E. Fitzpatrick in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
While attending law school at American University Washington College of Law, Meredith was the senior note & comment editor of the American University Law Review and a student attorney of the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic.
