Micah A. Leval advises clients in the telecommunications and technology industries. He represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utilities commissions, and other federal and state agencies on domestic and international licensing, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. While at The George Washington University Law School, Micah served as the senior articles editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal. He is also among the first to earn a certificate in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law and Policy from the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA).
