Michael K. Gocksch represents creditors, companies, sponsors, and other interested parties in bankruptcies, restructurings, and distressed transactions. Michael’s practice spans restructuring transactions, complex litigation in bankruptcy courts and on appeal, and the purchase and sale of distressed assets in and out of bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael worked as an associate in the restructuring department of another major international law firm. Michael graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2017 and served as a clerk to Judge Dennis Jacobs on the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 2019-2020.
