Michael K. Gocksch
Michael Gocksch is a restructuring lawyer who advises clients on transactions and disputes involving financial distress. His practice spans creditor and debtor-side engagements, focusing primarily on advising lenders, creditors, and business partners of distressed companies. Michael helps clients protect their interests and maximize value through out-of-court negotiations and workouts, creditors’ rights litigation, and formal insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and receiverships. He represents clients in complex litigation in trial courts and on appeal. Additionally, Michael has advised clients in restructuring transactions and the purchase and sale of distressed assets.
