Michael Kawas

Michael Kawas is a corporate attorney focusing his practice on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters. Michael regularly guides clients through sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions spanning the healthcare, consulting, and consumer goods sectors. He represents companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financings to exit planning. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael worked at another global law firm. Michael earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
