Michael J. Madderra
Michael J. Madderra counsels on the intersection of healthcare privacy, security, and technology matters, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) by large health systems and small provider groups. He brings an extensive background in healthcare privacy and security compliance, advising on regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as state privacy laws such as Washington state’s My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
