Michael S. Polito represents clients in a variety of litigation matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Michael clerked for Judge Eric Murphy of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and interned with the Appellate/Post-Conviction Unit of the Connecticut Division of Public Defender Services. Michael is admitted in Maryland only, and his practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
