Michele Manceaux

Michele Manceaux focuses her practice on tax-exempt organizations. She supports private foundations, public charities, social welfare organizations, trade associations, and other tax-exempt entities, many of which are active worldwide. Michele advises clients on a range of matters, including corporate governance, grantmaking, impact investments, nonprofit formation and application for tax-exemption, and tax and regulatory compliance. Michele previously served as a tax-exempt organization associate at another large law firm. Michele is admitted in Colorado and Illinois only, and her practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
