Mitchell Carney

Mitchell Carney represents and advises clients on a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including complex class actions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), wage and hour disputes, and claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mitchell served as a law clerk for Judge Paul J. Barbadoro of the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire and Justice Frank M. Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
