Mitchell A. Knafo represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation claims involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Mitchell is also a member of the firm’s workplace health and safety practice.
In law school, Mitchell served as an associate editor on the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Journal of Constitutional Law (Vol. 25) and received the distinguished pro bono award. Mitchell also served as an advanced clinical student in the Transnational Legal Clinic, successfully representing individuals at various immigration proceedings.
Prior to attending law school, Mitchell graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College, where he was named the Student Leader of the Year in the class of 2020, admitted to the National Political Science Honor Society, and received the Muhlenberg College Goodwill Prize.
