Mitchell F. Tedesco is part of a team that counsels clients concerning business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability issues. While in law school, Mitchell interned with Judge John W. deGravelles of the US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. Mitchell received a specialty certificate in maritime law from Tulane and has experience representing vessel owners, insurers, and P&I clubs in litigation.
