Molly Mattison

Bringing litigation and regulatory work experience to her practice, Molly Mattison supports clients in regulatory and adjudicatory matters before the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Labor (DOL), and other state and federal agencies.

Extended Profile

Molly supports clients in claims against the government for its ongoing failure to accept spent fuel from utilities. She also advises on whistleblower claims and investigations by the NRC’s Office of Investigations (OI), DOL, and Department of Energy in whistleblower litigation and government investigations into alleged retaliation, regulatory violations, and other alleged wrongdoing. She further advises clients on Safety Conscious Work Environment issues.

Molly works with the energy team to assist clients on a full array of regulatory, litigation, and transactional needs. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Molly worked at the NRC's Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel (ASLBP).
