Mona C. Zeiberg

Mona Zeiberg develops and implements strategic marketing and communications priorities for Morgan Lewis. Mona leads a global team of marketing, communications, and public relations professionals across the firm’s offices, and works closely with firm leadership to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies. She has experience in all facets of marketing, communications, and business development and has actively been involved in integration efforts across the firm. Prior to entering the legal marketing field, Mona was a practicing labor and employment lawyer both with Morgan Lewis and with a nationally known trade association.

Extended Profile

Mona is active in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) speaking at various LMA events, and serving on the planning committee for an LMA Annual meeting. Mona is an active participant in the firm’s Disability Awareness Lawyers Network, and a contributor to ML Women.

Mona joined Morgan Lewis in 1997 as a practicing labor and employment law attorney. Her practice focused on counseling employers on issues arising under federal and state labor and employment statutes. Mona was senior labor counsel for the US Chamber of Commerce's public policy law firm, where she earned a national reputation for her authorship and submission of amicus curiae briefs to the US Supreme Court and to the various federal and state courts of appeal.
