Natacha Massih

Associate

Natacha Massih represents institutional property owners, investors, lenders, and other operators of real estate in commercial real estate transactions both regionally and nationally. Natacha regularly advises on transactions relating to the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of different commercial property types, including multifamily housing, office buildings, industrial complexes, retail centers, mixed-use projects, and parcels of vacant land. She also represents developers and energy companies on all aspects of real estate matters in connection with the acquisition, construction, development, and financing of renewable power generation projects.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Natacha worked as an associate at a regional law firm, where she supported both the public finance and real estate groups. As part of the real estate group, Natacha represented lenders, property owners, and office tenants in a variety of commercial transactions.
