Nathan Reeves is an intellectual property (IP) litigator who represents clients in IP disputes and provides counsel on IP protection and enforcement. His practice focuses on patent matters before federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Federal Circuit. Nathan advises clients with business in many industries, including technology, consumer products, and medical devices. Nathan has experience challenging and defending patents in inter partes review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nathan was a partner at a national IP law firm.
