Bichnga ("Nga") Do
Bichnga ("Nga") Do focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Nga previously clerked for Judge Kymberly K. Evanson in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. She also served as a judicial clerk for Judge Carolyn N. Lerner in the US Court of Federal Claims. As a first-year associate, Nga completed a six-month secondment in Amazon’s labor and employment group, where she gained counseling experience on large-scale workforce changes.
Nga maintains a robust pro bono practice and previously served as trial counsel in a two-week federal court jury trial for an incarcerated person who asserted Section 1983 claims against prison guards for use of excessive force.
Nga received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. During law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the Southern California Review of Law & Social Justice and as a student attorney for the International Human Rights Clinic (IHRC). Through the IHRC, Nga collaborated with UN legal advisers and conducted research for the Special Tribunal for Lebanon.
