Working with both US and foreign multinational businesses, Neal A. Gordon counsels clients on international tax planning as well as tax controversy matters. He represents US multinationals on their outbound operations and foreign multinationals on their inbound operations. He regularly counsels clients on transfer pricing matters, intellectual property transfers and licenses, merger and acquisition structuring, internal restructurings and operations, and joint ventures. He also advises clients in audits and appeals before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Neal speaks to professional and industry groups on tax topics such as the provisions of Subpart F, transfer pricing, and double taxation conventions. Before joining Morgan Lewis, he was a tax associate at a national law firm.
