Nicholas J. Rampone
Nicholas J. Rampone represents sponsors, developers, lenders, and energy companies in connection with the financing, development, acquisition, and disposition of energy and infrastructure assets. His practice focuses on transactions involving conventional and renewable power, data center and digital infrastructure development, renewable fuels, logistics infrastructure, and industrial facilities.
Clients rely on Nick to assist in negotiating secured lending arrangements, construction and development financings, project and asset-level financing, equipment financings, tax equity investments, purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures and related commercial contracts supporting the ownership, and development and operation of energy and infrastructure assets. He has experience advising on financings for natural gas-fired generation projects, large-scale equipment procurement facilities, tax equity transactions involving portfolios of renewable energy assets, acquisitions and dispositions of conventional power facilities, and strategic investments in infrastructure development platforms.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nick practiced as in-house counsel to a commercial-scale sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producer, where he supported financing, real estate, and strategic transactions. Before law school, he worked in the corporate finance industry in Boston.
