Nicola C.M. Sullivan
Nicola C.M. Sullivan works on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, and management projects for high-quality student housing, P3 transactions, multifamily and hospitality acquisitions and dispositions, financing arrangements, and leasing transactions. Nico also advises multifamily clients on joint ventures and preferred equity investments.
Nico guides sophisticated real estate investors in all phases of property acquisition, disposition, and financing. In her support of housing projects, Nico manages complex transactions and also provides day-to-day management and operating project support. She has represented both investor members and managing members in connection with joint ventures. Nico believes in a tailored approach that caters to each client’s individual needs. Holistic in her viewpoints, she addresses her clients’ immediate needs while balancing their long-term business goals. Nico is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and enjoys organizing networking events for emerging leaders in the industry.

- Represented a private developer and manager in a P3 bond financed transaction with a public university system in Indiana

- Represented the developer-owner in connection with the development of student residence and mixed-use projects in Arizona
- Represented the manager with leasing and management transactions on college and university campuses in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, and Massachusetts
- Represented Berkshire Residential Investments in connection with various acquisitions, financings, and dispositions of multifamily apartment complexes throughout the United States
