Nicole Daniels
Nicole Daniels is the director of operations for the data analytics and governance practice. In this role, she leads the team’s eDiscovery operations, including data engineering, digital forensics, solutions architecture, and infrastructure functions. She oversees the delivery of technology and data-driven services that support complex litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters. Drawing on more than 28 years of experience in the legal industry, Nicole focuses on operational strategy, organizational alignment, process optimization, and the modernization of the group’s data and technology capabilities.
Nicole works closely with legal and technical stakeholders to align business needs with scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, governance, security, and service delivery across the practice.
Nicole brings a unique combination of legal technology know-how, operational leadership, and organizational development experience. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she held leadership roles in eDiscovery project management and legal technology consulting, advising law firms and corporate legal departments on technology strategy, workflow optimization, and complex data challenges.
Known for her collaborative and results-driven leadership style, Nicole is frequently called upon to lead teams and initiatives requiring strategic alignment, operational transformation, and long-term growth planning. She also oversees budgeting, resource planning, and team development, with a strong focus on coaching, mentorship, and building high-performing teams.
