Nicolette L. Young’s diverse practice includes a broad range of complex business litigation in federal and state courts. She has represented clients in a variety of business litigation matters, including consumer class actions, products liability actions, contractual disputes, business torts, and unfair competition claims. Nicolette has experience in various stages of litigation including pre-trial procedures, motion practice, and preparation for multiple jury trials. Nicolette’s appellate experience includes briefing before the Eleventh Circuit and the California Court of Appeal.
Nicolette received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in Los Angeles, where she was an editor for the Southern California Law Review. During her first summer in law school, Nicolette served as a judicial extern to Judge Susan Bryant-Deason of the Superior Court of California.
