Nina Shaw

Nina Shaw is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients in diverse areas, including complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and white collar litigation. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nina served as a trial attorney in the Civil Division, Fraud Section of the US Department of Justice, where she investigated and prosecuted allegations of fraud against the United States under the False Claims Act and related statutes.
She also previously served as a law clerk to Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
