Olivia Huang
Olivia Huang represents and counsels companies in a broad range of corporate business transactions, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and general corporate governance matters. In addition, Olivia works with China-based and other foreign-based companies conducting business in the United States in connection with mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings, including conducting legal due diligence and assisting with transaction-related disclosure matters.
While attending law school, Olivia worked as a legal intern for multiple high-technology companies, including Robinhood, Confluent, and Box. She was also a member of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and served as a volunteer for the Broncos Entrepreneurs Advisory Clinic. Prior to law school, Olivia worked as a legal assistant at an international law firm in New York specializing in structured transactions. She also worked as an honors intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission Office of International Affairs.
