Pamela C. Holly represents clients in a wide variety of matters with a focus on complex commercial litigation, including regulatory enforcement matters, product liability, mass tort, patent and trademark, breach of contract, and corporate investigations.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Pam served as in-house counsel for a pharmaceutical company and as an associate in the litigation department of a New York office of an international law firm. In addition to her general commercial litigation practice, Pam maintained an active pro bono practice covering matters relating to special education, veterans’ benefits, and general commercial disputes. She was awarded the pro bono Commitment to Service award on two separate occasions.
