Patrick R. Duffey

Associate

Patrick R. Duffey represents clients in individual and complex actions involving US federal and state employment laws. His experience includes litigating cases concerning the enforcement of non-competition agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and individual and collective actions arising under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Patrick also maintains a robust pro bono practice, with experience representing incarcerated individuals in civil rights actions in federal court.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Patrick was an associate in the commercial litigation group of a large, national law firm.
