Patricia F. Brennan represents lenders and borrowers, including corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, special purpose vehicles, and joint ventures, in connection with leveraged acquisition financings, commercial bank loans, privately placed notes, debtor-in-possession and bankruptcy exit financings, workouts and other financings. Patty has experience in both midmarket and large deals, US and cross-border, and secured or unsecured transactions. Her borrower clients come from an array of industry and business sectors, including retail, Internet businesses, real estate, wholesale, industrial, pharmaceutical, hospitality, energy, construction, and manufacturing.
