Phil Sarid focuses his practice in the areas of structured finance and securitization. He counsels on public and private offerings of mortgage- and asset-backed securities as well as transactions involving multifamily residential mortgage loans. Phil is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland only.
While in law school, Phil served as a legal extern in the Enforcement Division of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, and as articles editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law. Prior to law school, Phil summered at an event-driven hedge fund and a leading international investment bank.
