Pranav Mulpur

Pranav Mulpur is an appellate lawyer who helps clients solve complex legal problems on appeal and throughout the lifecycle of a case. He has represented clients in the US Supreme Court, federal courts of appeal, and state appellate courts, as well as trial courts across the country. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Pranav clerked for Judge Andrew L. Brasher of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Douglas R. Cole of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and he worked at another global law firm.

- Secured victory for recording studio whose former employee sought partnership interest and damages, narrowing client’s potential liability from roughly $50 million to under $100,000 (NY Appellate Division)
