Raina Sharma
Raina Sharma focuses her practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, such as state, federal, and administrative claims involving race, age, disability, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, and wage and hour issues, such as those relating to the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and class actions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Raina worked on employment matters and provided services to safeguard California companies from unfair competition related to trade secrets at her previous firm.
