Raphaëlle Debenedetti advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, renewable energy, tax equity and project finance for energy generation facilities (solar, onshore wind, offshore), developer/sponsor representation on solar development, and corporate governance. Raphaëlle is fluent in French.

Extended Profile

While in law school, Raphaëlle was an intern at New York Legal Aid Services in the Immigration Unit and the executive articles editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She was also the president of Lambda Law Alliance and the Law Student Regional Chair of the National LGBT Bar Association. Additionally, Raphaëlle was part of the Law and Public Service program.
