Rebecca Golden focuses her practice on employment counseling regarding matters that include workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, and accommodations. Rebecca has experience in conducting and providing guidance and training on complex workplace investigations, along with personnel and workplace policy development and implementation and dispute resolution. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Rebecca counseled clients across various industries in diverse practice areas as senior legal counsel for a privately held family conglomerate in New England.
