Regina Agopian
Regina Agopian defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class action litigation. Her practice involves workplace discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling. Regina also regularly counsels businesses on employment issues such as employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and evolving non-compete laws.
Regina regularly works with employers of all sizes across a range of industries, including technology, automotive, entertainment, sports, healthcare, insurance, food and beverage, environmental services, and transportation.
In law school, Regina served as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Allison Claire of the US District for the Eastern District of California. She also served as articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review, teaching assistant for Property, Constitutional Law, and Torts courses, and marketing chair of the Negotiations Team.
